Kobe Bryant is one of the greatest NBA players of all times. The American’s wealth is estimated at $350 million as of 2017.
Bryant, who retired in 2016 from professional career, was ranked third all-time leading scorer in the history of the NBA game.
During his career, he managed to earn over $680 million in salary and endorsements. The five-time NBA champion made millions of dollars from endorsement deals with Nike (he started as an Adidas athlete before switching to Nike in 2003), Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Spalding and Ferrero’s Nutella. Despite retiring from the popular game, NBA,Bryant still has his endorsement relationships with Nike, Hublot and Panini though.
According to Forbes,”in August Bryant and entrepreneur Jeff Stibel officially set up a $100 million venture-capital fund, Bryant Stibel, to invest in technology, media and data companies. They have already invested in 15 companies together since 2013 including sports media website The Players Tribune, legal-services company Legal Zoom, mobile game designer Scopely, Alibaba Group and others”.
Though the player had a successful career, he lost a whopping $75 million to his wife Vanessa Bryant in a divorce case. He also lost three homes to mark the end of the couple’s marriage.
